Having considered submissions on the Draft Recommendation, Gas Industry Co has concluded that it should support the VTC Change Request appealed to it on 27 November 2012. Our conclusion and the supporting rationale are set out in the Final Recommendation.
However, some matters raised in submissions are beyond the scope of our VTC appeals body role but within our broader role as 'industry body' under the Gas Act. We address these issues in a Note accompanying the Final Recommendation.
