Gas (Processing Facilities Information Disclosure) Rules 2008
The Gas (Processing Facilities Information Disclosure) Rules 2008 (the 'Rules') were gazetted by the Minister of Energy on 29 May 2008.
The purpose of the Gas Governance Issues in Gas Quality: Issues Paper was to review New Zealand's arrangements for managing gas quality, identify areas for more detailed evaluation, and suggest next steps.
Gas Industry Co issued its Analysis of Submissions on the September 2016 Options Paper - Wholesale Levy Assurance. Seven submissions were received.
A Maui Pipeline Operating Code (MPOC) change request received on 5 May 2015 proposes changes to the way change requests are themselves processed.
The 10 October 2014 MPOC Change Request mostly relates to a market-based balancing regime.
Process
Section 29 of the MPOC assigns Gas Industry Co a role in processing any proposed amendment to the MPOC (Change Request). That role is to consult on the Change Request with the gas industry and determine whether or not to support it.

On 14 February 2014 Gas Industry Co received a request from Maui Development Limited (MDL) to make changes to the Maui Pipeline Operating Code (MPOC). On 2 May 2014, Gas Industry Co released its Final Recommendation.
