Stakeholders have requested that Gas Industry Co appoint an Independent Facilitator (IF) to help ensure that future GTAC workshops are run in a productive and efficient manner. We thank those parties that nominated candidates for the IF and provided comments on the draft Terms of Reference (ToR).
Eleven submissions were received on Gas Industry Co’s Preliminary Assessment of Gas Transmission Access Code (Preliminary Assessment Paper), and many submitters presented significant new material about the GTAC.
On 8 December 2017, First Gas Limited (First Gas) submitted a new version of the Gas Transmission Access Code (GTAC) and supporting documents to Gas Industry Co for review.
