Having considered submissions made in respect of this change request, Gas Industry Co has prepared the following draft recommendation. Gas Industry Co invites submissions on the draft recommendation. If you wish to make a submission, please do so by 5. 00pm on 31 July 2009.

A GTAC workshop was held from Tuesday 10 July to Thursday 12 July 2018 at Gas Industry Co’s offices.

Gas Industry Co wished to 'workshop' the draft balancing rules before including them in its formal recommendation to the Associate Minister at the end of February 2010.

In 2023 we consulted on the advanced gas metering infrastructure (AGMI). Our consultation paper (see below) is based on the initial issues paper, stakeholder submissions to the initial issues paper and discussions with the AGMI working group (the former Technical Advanced Metering Advisory Committee).

Gas Industry Co recommended amendments to the Gas Governance (Compliance) Regulations.

This paper provided an analysis of submissions on the retail contracts consultation paper referred to above, and the Gas Industry Co response to the submissions. The list of submitters is set out above. Input was also received from the Consumer Forum held on 16 October 2009.

On 20 February 2009, Gas Industry Co received an appeal from Vector Gas Limited (Vector). The appeal relates to a change request initiated by Vector and notified to shippers by Vector on 21 January 2009 titled 'VTC Change Request: BPP Trustee' (the appeal).
