Vector Limited (Vector) proposed a change to the Vector Transmission Code (VTC) on 5 July 2012 that did not receive the 75% support from Shippers necessary for it to be adopted.
In March 2010 Gas Industry Co published a Status Update providing a summary of submissions received on the change request. Gas Industry Co noted that, considering the wide scope of the change request, it may be difficult to approve the whole package unconditionally.

First Gas has agreed to allow stakeholders a further opportunity to comment on five areas of the Second Revised Draft GTAC that are being amended in response to comments raised at the November workshops (and subsequently in parties’ submissions and mark-ups).
