On 5 October 2009 Gas Industry Co received a request from Maui Development Limited (MDL) to consider and make a recommendation in respect of proposed changes to the Maui Pipeline Operating Code (MPOC).

Having considered submissions made in respect of this change request Gas Industry Co has prepared this Draft Recommendation. We found that most of the proposed changes were straightforward, generally in line with MDL's view that they are minor and uncontroversial.
14 December 2011 VTC Change Request Appeal
On 14 December 2011, Gas Industry Co received an appeal from Vector. The appeal relates to a change request initiated by Vector regarding amendments to various provisions in the VTC including invoicing corrections, prudential requirements, and allocation of balancing costs.

Submissions and feedback were invited on draft version 1. 2 of the Switching Determinations. The draft can be downloaded below, and the proposed changes from the existing Switching Determinations v1. 1 are viewable using the MS Word track changes feature.
Vector Limited (Vector) proposed a change to the Vector Transmission Code (VTC) on 16 November 2011 that did not receive the 75% support from Shippers necessary for it to be adopted.
In November 2020 we established a workstream to investigate the application of the 32 Electricity Price Review (EPR) recommendations to the gas market.
We consulted on these recommendations and published our final recommendations on 8 March 2021.
