In preparation for assessing First Gas’ Gas Transmission Access Code (GTAC), Gas Industry Co set out its initial view as to how it might assess a formal GTAC proposal, in the event that the MPOC Transition Code Change Request was approved.
Consultation on the paper GTAC - Emerging Views on Detailed Design of Access Products, Pricing, and Balancing and Allocation (EV Paper) closed on Friday 23 June 2017, and eleven submissions were received.

Gas Transmission Investment Programme Status and Development
Gas Industry Co published a report entitled Gas Transmission Investment Programme Status and Development considering the broader perspective of the overall GTIP work and the context of the PEA's current advice - which it describes as a significant milestone.
The Backstop information gathering and analysis workstream is currently underway. The work is being pursued in parallel to the GTIP and will apply to all areas of Gas Industry Co's work.
