Having considered submissions made in respect of this change request Gas Industry Co has prepared this Draft Recommendation. We found that most of the proposed changes were straightforward, generally in line with MDL's view that they are minor and uncontroversial.
At the time of application, MDL requested that the normal MPOC change request process be expedited owing to the minor and technical nature of the change request. We have agreed to expedite the consultation process provided no material issues are raised in submissions.

Gas Industry Co received submissions and cross submissions on the October 2011 MPOC Change Request. These can be found under MPOC Change Request 13 October 2011. In response to comments received during the submission process MDL made some minor corrections to its change request.
Having considered submissions made in respect of the Draft Recommendation, Gas Industry Co has prepared the following Final Recommendation.

Having considered submissions on this change request, Gas Industry Co prepared a draft recommendation and called for submissions.
