Gas Industry Co reviewed the Gas Governance (Compliance) Regulations 2008 (Compliance Regulations), and proposed a number of changes. This is consistent with our practice to periodically review industry governance arrangements to ensure they remain efficient and effective.

Guidelines for the CCO in determining regional critical contingencies. The Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008 (CCM Regulations) were amended in 2013 following a Gas Industry Co recommendation to the Minister of Energy and Resources.
