In this bulletin we invite your views on the Retail Gas Contracts Oversight Scheme — Benchmarks and RCEs and issue a reminder that your annual monitoring disclosures and certificates are due by 15 April and our critical contingency management consultation closes 30 April.

This consultation considered an approach for dealing with the resolution of financial impact of errors in consumption or injection information submitted to the allocation agent where the window for a special allocation has closed.

We prepare requirements and procedures documents in liaison with the industry. We do so either as part of one of our workstreams, a prelude to potentially more in-depth work, or as a useful information resource.
