Under the Gas (Processing Facilities Information Disclosure) Rules 2008 (the Rules) owners of gas processing facilities were obliged to disclose a range of information regarding their ownership share, forecasts of spare gas processing capacity and information on approaches by third parties investigating the possibility of access to their facilities.
