Gas Industry Co published the independent expert review of Vector's transmission capacity arrangements in February 2009, and it is available by clicking on the link below. Note that this paper is not a consultation paper, but comments are welcome. Gas Industry Co will take no further action on this matter at present, but will continue to monitor ongoing VTC changes.
