Recommendation to the Minister of Energy on Downstream Reconciliation Amendments to Gas Compliance Regulations
On 12 March 2008, Gas Industry Co made a recommendation to the Minister of Energy for amendments to the Gas Governance (Compliance) Regulations 2008 for compliance with, and enforcement of, the rules relating to the allocation and reconciliation of downstream gas quantities.
