On 12 August 2015 Gas Industry Co issued its Draft Recommendation (see Related Documents below), which did not support the proposed change.
The Draft Recommendation included Gas Industry Co’s Analysis of Submissions on the original APCR and an independent assessment of the Draft Recommendation by Independent Expert, Sir John Hansen.
Submissions on the Draft Recommendation closed on Wednesday 9 September 2015.
