After taking into account submissions received on the draft recommendation, Gas Industry Co has prepared a final recommendation on the MPOC 'legacy' Change Request received from MDL on 20 June 2008. Gas Industry Co is not calling for submissions on the final recommendation as it does not consider that it is fundamentally different from the draft recommendation.
