At the time of application, MDL requested that the normal MPOC change request process be expedited owing to the minor and technical nature of the change request. We have agreed to expedite the consultation process provided no material issues are raised in submissions.
We therefore publish with the change request application our draft recommendation (which supports the change request).
Submissions were invited to be made on this draft recommendation and MDL's change request and closed 2 May 2013.
