On 5 August 2015, Vector issued a Change Request Notification proposing to extend the term of the code by changing the “End Date” from 30 September 2015 to 20 September 2017. To allow the change to be effective before 30 September 2015, Vector also requested that its Shippers agree to a reduced time frame for the next step in the change request process. In particular, it proposed that the time for Shippers to request additional information (s25.5) be reduced from 10 to 3 business days, and the time for Shippers to register their support or specific objections (s25.6) be reduced from 15 to 3 business days.

On 14 August 2015, Vector issued a Draft Change Request, and requested a reduced time frame for the next step in the change request process. In particular, it proposed that the time for Vector and its Shippers to consult (s25.8), and for shippers to respond to the proposed change (s25.9) be reduced from 15 to 2 business days.

On 24 August 2015, Vector issued a Final Change Request. It noted that no Shipper had objected to the reduced times or to the Draft Change Request itself. It requested responses to the Final Change Request by 31 August 2015.

See the Publications page on Vector OATIS for any additional information.
