Gas Industry Co received submissions and cross submissions on the October 2011 MPOC Change Request. These can be found under MPOC Change Request 13 October 2011.
In response to comments received during the submission process MDL made some minor corrections to its change request. These are described in MDL's cross-submission, and for clarity MDL provided an updated description of the proposed changes and a redlined MPOC:
