Submissions were invited to be made on this draft recommendation and MDL's change request. Submissions closed 15 February 2013.
At the time of application, MDL requested that the normal MPOC change request process be expedited so that the change request can be in place for winter 2013. Owing to the minor and technical nature of the change request and the fact that MDL advised us that 'all [MPOC] Shippers and Welded Parties have already been given the opportunity to comment on the changes proposed and no objections were received', we have agreed to expedite the consultation process.
