On 25 May 2018, Gas Industry Co released a paper containing its final assessment of First Gas’s proposed Gas Transmission Access Code (GTAC) (Final Assessment Paper (FAP)).
The conclusion of the FAP is that the 8 December 2017 package submitted by First Gas is not materially better than the existing terms and conditions for transmission access. We thank stakeholders for their submissions and cross-submissions on our earlier (preliminary) assessment paper.
